BIO: Laurie Hines has over 20 years of varied experience in state government and governmental relations, program development, health policy, statewide implementations, legislative initiatives, and grant review and writing. She has a law degree from the University of Missouri, and is a graduate of Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government. Most recently, she directed a USDA funded demonstration project testing approaches to reducing children’s food insecurity during the summer months when they do not have access to subsidized school meals. Laurie serves as the Program Director for Missouri KIDS COUNT.
