BIO: Kathryn Wilson has served in state government for 20 years until her retirement in February 2016. She holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of Missouri in Columbia and Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southeast Missouri State University. She supports the work of the Partnerships as a Community Coordinator for FACT.
